Dr. Herman grew up in the Chicago suburb of Palatine and went to Fremd High School. He competed as a gymnast at Fremd and then was on the team at Southern Illinois University. He continued at Southern Illinois and went to medical school. Next, he completed his residency at the presigious William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak Michigan. He began his practice in 1997 in St. Petersburg, FL at Bayfront Medical Center. He then joined the well-respected Kennedy-White Orthopaedic Center in 1999. He is happily married with three children. Dr. Herman enjoys golfing and helping his patients achieve active pain-free lifestyles.
