Dr. Powitzky received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University in 1996. He graduated from Baylor College of Medicine and completed his residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2002. He has been in practice in the Texas Medical Center since 2002 and was the President of Houston's Society for Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery in 2010-2011. He has a special interest in general otolaryngology and surgery for diseases of the ears, nose, and throat.
