Dear New Patient,
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you more about myself and my experiences in healthcare. I am originally from New York. I graduated from Yale University in 1996 earning a degree in biology. I received my medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed my orthopaedic residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas in 2005. Subsequently, I did an additional year of training in orthopaedic sports medicine in Aspen, Colorado with the Aspen Sports Medicine Foundation.
I'm happy to return to the Roaring Fork Valley and join Aspen Orthopaedic Associates after practicing for two years in Santa Fe, New Mexico. My area of focus is trauma and sports medicine.
In my leisure time I enjoy hiking, yoga, running, skiing, biking, and spending time with my son.
Please let me know if I can do anything to make your experience with Aspen Orthopaedic Associates a positive one. We want to provide you the best orthopaedic care available.
Sincerely,
Eleanor "Leelee" von Stade, MD
