Dr. Rosenbaum completed his undergraduate degree at St. Cloud State University and received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota- School of Medicine. He completed his internship and Family Practice residency at St. Paul Ramsey Hospital. Dr. Rosenbaum is a Board Certified Family Practitioner and member of the American Association of Family Practitioners. He is also an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the University of Minnesota Department of Family Practice. Dr. Rosenbaum joined the medical campus in Crosby in 1978.
