Dr. FarrarA is a member of the North American Spine Society and Orthopaedics Overseas.A He also serves as a member of the board of directors of the Washington State Orthopaedic Association and was president of the WSOA from 2004 a" 2006. Dr. Farrar has been a member of five Himalayan expeditions, and has done volunteer work in Nepal.A He moved to the Northwest because of his love of the mountains. He enjoys cycling and the outdoors.
