Dr. Judd is a board eligible orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hand and microsurgery. He earned his bachelors degree in zoology from Weber State University and his medical degree from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center and trained for a year through the Joseph H. Boyes Hand and Microsurgery Fellowship at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
