He is Board-Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Board-Certified in Pain Medicine. He completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a fellowship in Pain Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He further has advanced training and research experience in ultrasound and fluoroscopically guided injections.
