Hello, I am Drew Trainor. I am a a Colorado native who completed both my undergraduate and master’s degrees at Colorado State University. I went on to attend medical school in Southern California where I graduated as the valedictorian of his class in 2011. After receiving his medical degree, I finished my physical medicine + rehabilitation residency and an interventional pain medicine fellowship (through the department of anesthesia) at the Mayo Clinic. In 2021, I joined Stella's network in treating mental health conditions with SGB. Stella Mental Health's advanced stellate ganglion block (SGB) protocol, the dual sympathetic reset (DSR), is two injections of local anesthetic in one side of the neck next to a bundle of sympathetic nerves that calms the fight-or-flight response.
