Dr. Ritt has been practicing medicine since 1968 and was board certified in Internal Medicine in 1967. He was also board certified in Gastroenterology in 1973. Dr. Ritt received his medical degree from Temple University in 1960. He served his internship specializing in Rotating at Tampa General Hospital and served his residency specializing in Internal Medicine at the V.A. Medical Center in Hines. After two years in the Army, he returned to Temple University to complete his medical residency and spent a year in Clinical Gastroenterology. From 1965 to 1968 he undertook a fellowship in liver disease at the University of Texas South Western Medical School in Dallas.
