Dr. Visco is an award winning ocular surgeon who is also one of the region%u2019s most experienced surgeons, performing well over 15,000 clear-cornea, topical, no-stitch cataract surgery procedures since 1996. Dr. Visco is one of a few elite providers certified by the American Board of Eye Surgery specifically for cataract/implant surgery and is the first female surgeon in the world to use the LensAR Advanced Laser Cataract System for patient treatments. Dr. Visco is certified by the American Board of Eye Surgery specifically for LASIK surgery and opened York%u2019s first surgeon owned Laser Vision Correction Center. Dr. Visco is well known for patient centered care and innovation, having performed procedures as early as 1998 when the FDA first approved LASIK. She was among the first surgeons in the area to offer all laser iLASIK.
