Dr. Dean Shandy was born in Colorado but calls Kalispell, Montana home. Dr. Shandy attended the University of Montana-Missoula for undergraduate studies and the Pacific Northwest University of Osteopathic Health Sciences in Yakima, Washington for medical school. He then moved to Erie, Pennsylvania for an internship and adult residency in psychiatry at the Millcreek Community Hospital. Afterwards, he completed a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Shandy is an adult and child/adolescent psychiatrist who specializes in treating ADHD, bipolar disorder, and early onset schizophrenia.
