Dr. David Zeman is a board-certified, fellowship trained sports medicine and orthopedic surgeon who has practiced in the Phoenix area for almost 35 years. He treats some of the most common and complex sports related injuries and specializes in complex shoulder and knee ligament surgeries. Dr. Zeman received his fellowship training at the renowned Hughston Sports Medicine clinic in Columbus, Georgia with Drs. Jack Hughston and James Andrews. Dr. Zeman’s community involvement has included working with numerous athletes at the high school, collegiate and professional levels. His tenure includes years spent as the team physician for Brophy College Preparatory, Xavier College Preparatory and Scottsdale Christian Academy. Dr. Zeman also served as the first head team physician for the Arizona Diamondbacks as well as the associate team physician for the San Francisco Giants.
