Dr. Parsons received his MD from University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his residency in North Oakland Medical Center in Pontiac, Michigan and an internship at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. He is board certified in Family Medicine. Prior to joining the St. Helena Family Health Center in Kelseyville, he was a family physician working for Sutter in Lakeport and he has worked as a family physician in the states of Minnesota, Florida and Oregon.
