Dr. Steitz is married and has three children. He is originally from Texas. He attended Baylor University. He completed his medical school and pediatric training at University of Texas Southwestern at Dallas. He practiced there for one year before joining Cornerstone Pediatrics in 1995. Dr. Steitz is involved in medical mission including trips to the Amazon and Africa. He enjoys running and runs a couple marathons a year. He likes spending time with his family enjoying the outdoors.
