Dr. Graber is an attending physician in Internal Medicine at St. Mary's Hospital in Passaic and he is the Medical Director of Hamilton Plaza Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Passaic. A Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Graber is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and Geriatric Medicine. He is also a member of the American Geriatric Society.
Dr. Graber was amongst the first group of physicians in the United States to be certified as specialists in Geriatric Medicine. Though his patients range in age from 18 to 105, he has a special interest in caring for the frail homebound elderly and he is unique in making house calls for his elderly patients. He enjoys working with families and utilizing home care services to allow the frail elderly to remain at home. Dr. Graber is especially proud of the continuity he offers by caring for his patients as they move from their homes to the hospital and rehabilitation center, and then back home.
Dr. Graber is a native of Passaic and is a founding partner of New Jersey Physicians.
