Brief Intro

I believe in a broad spectrum approach to healthcare, emphasizing healthy living, prevention of illness, emotional wellness and appropriate disease management. I am a firm believer in integrative medicine, combining innovative and traditional therapy to achieve balance and health. An avid golfer, fisherman, skier and mountain biker, I love to spend much of his free time outdoors. I have fly fished for rainbow trout on the Bow River in Alberta Canada and landed overweight tuna off the coast of Kona Hawaii. I try to balance life with my family and the many wonderful outdoor pursuits I so thoroughly enjoys.Professionally, I was Chief Resident for my final year of residency and most recently started and ran my own solo private practice in Newport Beach, California prior to coming to Lake Oswego and Legacy Health.
