After receiving his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, Dr. Hazuka served a rotating internship at Menorah Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo., and completed his residency there as well. He has practiced with Western Missouri Radiological Group since 1976. Dr. Hazuka is board-certified in diagnostic radiology and is a member of the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, the Missouri State Medical Society and the American Medical Association.
