Dr. Crosby joined the practice in the spring of 1999. He is a Diagnostic Radiologist specializing in Neuroradiology.
He received his undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, and his medical degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. He completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, IL. Dr. Crosby then completed a Neuroradiology fellowship followed by an interventional Neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI.
Dr. Crosby is board certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology. He held the appointment of Associate Professor of Clinical Radiology and Surgery at the University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City, IA where he was the Director of Interventional Neuroradiology and the Program Director of the Neuroradiology Fellowship program. He is an invited Examiner of the American Board of Radiology and a Senior Member of the American Society of Neuroradiology.
His professional affiliations include Alpha Omega Alpha, American College of Radiology, American Board of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, American Society of Neuroradiology, American Society of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology, the South Dakota Medical Association, and the Seventh District Medical Society.
Sara, his wife, is a licensed Psychiatric Social Worker and lecturer. They have three children.
