Dr. Craig Hoffmann Dr. Hoffmann graduated summa cum laude from the University of Michigan Dental School in 1993. He received his post-graduate endodontic training at one of the top endodontic residency programs in the country at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Dentistry’s Stowers-Johnson Endodontic Department. At this program he was chief resident and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. He has been a lecturer and clinical endodontic instructor at the UMKC School of Dentistry.  Dr. Hoffmann has presented research at both the American Association of Endodontists and Midwest Dental Conferences
