Dr. Puls specializes in behavioral and mental health services. He is director of the Behavioral and Health Services department at Morton. He is board certified in general psychiatry, and in child and adolescent psychiatry. He is a fellow from the Child Psychiatry department at the University of Colorado. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Oklahoma Psychiatric Association. He is a graduate of the St. Louis School of Medicine and an undergraduate of Indiana University. Dr. Puls completed his residency at Washington University (St. Louis, Mo.)
