Chris Kalhorn, MD, is a Professor of Clinical Neurosurgery, co-director of the Movement Disorders Program and Director of Medstar Georgetown’s epilepsy, pediatric and functional Neurosurgery Program. He received his medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine and completed his Neurosurgical training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas under Dr. Robert Grossman, an internationally recognized expert in epilepsy and functional Neurosurgery.
As a board-certified Neurosurgeon, Dr. Kalhorn focuses on the surgical management of epilepsy and surgery for movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor and dystonia.
