Dr. Wang joined Soderstrom Skin Institute in July of 2005. She is a board certified pathologist and board certified dermatopathologist. She attended medical school at China Medical University in Shenyang where she completed her residency in pathology at the St. Barnabas Medical center in Livingston, New Jersey. She served as a clinical instructor for general pathology in Providence, Rhode Island, where she was a fellow in gynecology and breast pathology/cytology at the Women & Infants Hospital. Dr. Wang has worked as a staff pathologist at Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia., and the Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling, West Virginia. In 2005, she completed her fellowship in dermatology at the Tulane Medical School in New Orleans. She and her family live in Peoria.
