Palian DMD is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon as well as a Fellow in Cosmetic Surgery and Anesthesiology.  Dr. Palian retired as a Colonel from the United States Army after serving in the U.S. Army Dental Corps for twenty years.
