Meet Dr. Fulmer Dr. Fulmer was born and raised in Conway, Arkansas.  In 2000, he graduated from the University of Tennessee Dental School in Memphis, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Following graduation Dr. Fulmer served in the United States Air Force for three years completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency during the first year. Dr. Fulmer completed his specialty training at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, where he received his certificate in endodontics.
