Dr. Milani strives to be a compelling advocate for patients and their families. A native of the Los Angeles area, Dr. Milani is excited to return to Southern California after completing his Hematology/Oncology fellowship training at Brown University. Dr. Milani received his residency training at Boston University after completing medical school in Europe. Prior to this, Dr. Milani graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine. Throughout his medical training, Dr. Milani remained actively involved in scientific research in the area of Stem Cell Biology. In addition, Dr. Milani participated in the development of cancer clinical trials within the fields of Malignant Hematology, Gastrointestinal, Genitourinary, and Neuro Oncology. Moreover, he served as a Hematology instructor and physician mentor at Brown University's Warren Alpert Medical School. On several occasions, Dr. Milani was invited as a presenter at prominent national conferences including the American Society of Bone Marrow Transplantation, American Society of Hematology, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. In his spare time, Dr. Milani enjoys traveling and cooking with his wife. He looks forward to spending time with family and friends. Dr. Milani is fluent in Farsi.
