Bruce Ricker, D.O., was born and reared in Mt. Ayr, Iowa. He graduated from Mt. Ayr Community High School, the University of Iowa, and the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Ricker had a family practice in Phoenix, Arizona, for twelve years before returning to Ringgold County in 1996. He is married with three children. Dr. Ricker has a strong Christian faith and enjoys medical mission work.
Board certified in Family Practice and Hospice/Palliative medicine, Dr. Ricker believes in a holistic approach to patient care. He believes patients should receive the same high quality of care in Ringgold County that they would receive in the best medical centers in the United States.
