Brief Intro

Dr. Sayers is a lifelong resident of Austin and has practiced Rheumatology here since 1986. He has served as Rheumatology Section Chief for the Seton Family of Hospitals for over 20 years. In 2011, he was honored by his colleagues by being elected President of the Travis County Medical Society. In 2011, Dr. Sayers received a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from the Episcopal Theological Seminary of the Southwest and he believes strongly in the connection between body and soul and its importance in caring for those with chronic rheumatic diseases. Dr. Sayers is married and has three children.
