Dr. Bret Heileson graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine and completed a Family Medicine Residency at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha. He belongs to the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Heileson established his practice in Harlan in 2000. He and his wife, Tammie, have four children: Amber, Ben, Sam, and Keaton. Dr. Heileson enjoys playing practical jokes, living on an acreage in rural Shelby County, pheasant hunting with his dogs, and bow hunting.
