Brad Spagnolo, M.D., F.A.C.S. has been a Cornea, Cataract and Refractive Surgeon at Baltimore Washington Eye Center since July, 2000. Dr. Spagnolo is experienced and personable eye surgeon and serves as the Center’s Vice President and Director of Refractive Services. He earned his undergraduate degree from George Washington University and his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Spagnolo completed a three-year Ophthalmology residency program at the George Washington University Medical Center followed by a Fellowship in Corneal and Refractive surgery at the Kresge Eye Institute in Detroit, Michigan, under the direction of renowned cornea and eye surgery expert Jayne S. Weiss, M.D. His areas of expertise, experience and interest include treating corneal disease, laser vision correction surgery and cataract surgery with lens implantation.
Dr. Spagnolo is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and the American College of Surgeons and he is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS).
