Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:Very early on in life, I was very inquisitive and passionate about human life, bodily function and well-being; how unique we are individually and the whys and hows of the things that make us sick and unhealthy. I am blessed to be part of the team that is able to help others restore excellent health and well-being and improve their quality of life. What I want my patients to know about me:I am committed to providing the highest level of compassion while using the best evidence-based medical and surgical approaches and the most minimally invasive surgical approach to improving quality of life. As a board-trained colorectal and general surgeon who specializes in robotic and minimally invasive surgery, I work with each and every patient in developing a strategic plan of care in meeting their individual health goals. These are the same expectations and quality of care I would want for myself or my loved ones. What I do when I'm not seeing patients:I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and 3 amazing kids. We have a very large and diverse extended family and delicious food, fine wine, and music always bring us together. Personally, I enjoy sports, photography, cooking and gardening.
