Dr. Arkam Rehman is a Board Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician who has extensive training in treating spine and other musculo-skeletal pain problems. He is from an upcoming sub-specialty of Interventionists with the primary goal of evaluating and treating their patients efficiently with a combination of medications, physical therapy and injections as may be needed to expedite recovery. His areas of expertise are back & neck pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, shoulder, hip & knee problems, etc. which he addresses with focused physical therapy and appropriate epidural, facet, and other injections in order to help eliminate/ manage the pain. He also is proficient at EMGs & NCVs. With his experience working with Orthopedic and Neurosurgeons, he can treat most general non- operative painful conditions conservatively yet knowing when to refer the patient to the appropriate surgeon for orthopedic/ spine surgery.
