Dr. Wachtel is experienced in treating Psychiatric conditions including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and eating disorder. She also focuses on treating dual diagnosis patients, who have both psychiatric illness and an alcohol or drug problem. She believes in the importance of developing a trusting relationship, in working together as a team. EDUCATIONDr. Wachtel trained in New York City at the Beth Israel Medical Center Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Residency in Psychiatry. She is thoroughly trained in the most modern diagnosis and treatment of Psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder and eating disorders.
