Mental health is essential for leading a happy life. As a Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist, I work with patients and their families to help alleviate suffering and improve quality of life so they are able to function at their full potential. My background includes understanding family functioning, development, social, academic, occupational functioning and psychiatric challenges. I aim to understand my patients so that I can help improve their mental conditions. My approach is to discuss with my patient and their family treatment options based on the biopsychosocial model. I help my patients to identify, set goals, prioritize and make decisions about management accordingly.
