Brief Intro

Dr. Cass joined UTMBs Department of Family Medicine in 1992. He attended medical school at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Cass completed his residency in Family Practice at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. After completing his residency training, Dr. Cass completed a Faculty Development Fellowship in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Pennsylvania State University. Additionally, he earned a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston Massachusetts. Dr. Cass is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Cass is a member of the departmental research program and his clinical interests include diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis and family practice obstetrics.
