I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I help treat people who have ear and hearing problems, throat problems, difficulty breathing through the nose or sinus problems, balance problems, injuries, and other various conditions of the ear, nose, and throat.
Biography
I moved from Florida to California to further my education and training. I enjoy helping people, and get great personal satisfaction when I am able to help someone feel better. I participate in a mentoring program, encouraging our local middle school children to consider a future career in health care. I also participate in a scholarship evaluation committee that awards funds to high-achieving students who may become future leaders in society and people who may make this world a better place.
About my practice
I have practiced at Kaiser Permanente since 1993. I enjoy the freedom to be able to make medical decisions with my patients and provide the most appropriate treatment for them. I get great satisfaction from being able to help most of my patients improve the quality of their lives. A little improvement or reassurance can go a long way.
How I thrive
I believe in nourishing our bodies with healthy foods, regular exercise, and maintaining a balance between work and family. I enjoy spending time with my family, cycling, astronomy, hiking, reading, and fishing.
