My approach to care is built on collaboration and compassion. I find it important to understand the psychological, social, and medical factors impacting a person’s quality of life and well-being. The next step is working together to identify goals for care and a course of treatment. My hope is for the individuals I work with to develop insight, feel educated, and learn a new set of coping skills through a brief, evidence-based psychotherapy model.
