Delaney Long completed her undergraduate studies at the College of Saint Benedict in Saint Joseph, MN with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and Hispanic Studies in 2011. She became certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration in 2012 and practiced as a Registered Dietitian for four years, in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. She obtained her degree as a Physician Assistant from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona in 2018. She worked for two years as a Hospitalist PA-C and joined MNGI Digestive Health in 2021. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the MN Academy of Physician Assistants (MAPA).
